The existing 2-class community school will become the 3-class elementary school of the joint
Learning (Inclusion) aexpanded. For this purpose, a partial demolition, conversion and modernization measures will be carried out in the remaining existing buildings, as well as an addition to the existing building structure with additions and new buildings. The following services must be carried out: Installation of the sanitary systems with appropriate onesFacilities to ensure drinking water hygiene and decentralized hot water preparation. There are 30 toilets, 15 urinals, 45 sinks and sinks and various connections for the kitchen technology to be installed, as well as a grease separator.
- 3 dry fire extinguishing lines are to be installed in one componentier.
- An ice storage system with heat pump and approx. 2,250 m2 of underfloor heating, 33 radiators
