- The technical service building in the 1st construction phase is the beginning of a building for uses and facilities that are necessary to maintain flight operations on the east apron of Munich Airport. The building is to be built on the same construction line as the existing RGS5 building on darise on the north-eastern apron of the airport; it contains the two main uses "fresh water treatment and filling of tankers for service water in airplanes", as well as "faeces chute for disposal of toilet waste from the airplanes".
The building has a length of 37.10 mm, a width of 23.29 m and a height above the top of FFB EG of 7.35 m main roof, 8.27 m roof technology bracket. It includes a full-surface basement excavation level basement approx. -5.85 m, excavation level pump sump -8.45 m, with the technical facilities in the basement. Also included are two separate from each othere hall areas on the ground floor, as well as a technology clasp including a mezzanine between the two hall areas as the ground floor ZG. The building will essentially be constructed of reinforced concrete. During the construction of the basement and the pump sump, due to the groundwater present, aSheet piling with construction water drainage necessary.
Part of the services are primarily structural work, sheet piling, excavation pits and construction water drainage.
