The developer Allresto Flughafen Muenchen GmbH intends to expand several rental areas for catering on the west apron as part of the expansion of Terminal 1.
The subject of this procurement procedureThe main task is the TGA planning of 6 catering units on a total area of approx. 1,520 m2. These are divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: 3 catering areas with a total of 704 m2
Lot 2: 3 catering areas with a total of 815 m2
A refined shell will be handed over on site, i.e. H. including facade, roof, roofingand disposal lines up to the project boundary.
The planning and implementation of the property and kitchen planning as well as all security trades is carried out in parallel on site, but must be agreed and coordinated as part of the contractual service.
The catering areas are scheduled to go into operation in Q3/2025erfolgen.
