Description:
The parking garage to be renovated is located at Franz-Josef-Strauss Airport in Munich and was built in 1992. The construction project relates to the P6 Terminalstrasse Mitte car park in 85356 Munich Airport.
In order to guarantee the remaining useful life until 2030, the car park must be repairedNetworking services are planned and implemented as required. In view of varying capacity utilization of the car park and taking into account the required closure times after consultation with the user, the repair work will be carried out over two summer periods.Partial services at level E02 could be carried out in the autumn/winter period. The services to be carried out include coating work, concrete repairs and crack treatment as well as a wide range of reinforcement measures for the supporting structure.
In the course of the repair workThe existing coating should be removed and a new surface protection system applied. After the coating has been removed, potential field measurements should be carried out to detect damaged areas. Furthermore, local concrete repair work and crack repairs are carried outcarried out. Scuffed edges, wall and column bases are also considered with regard to concrete repairs and coating work.
In areas where the upper layer of reinforcement above the beams (belt connection reinforcement/flexural reinforcement of the ceiling slab) needs to be supplemented, this is the case...
