Description:
The subject of the present procurement procedure is a framework contract for the repair work of the bituminous hot-cast joints on the flight operations areas of Munich Airport. The scope of services is rounded off by the renovation of damaged concrete edges on individual concrete slabs.
The specifiedPlanar dimensions refer to the entire contract term excluding option years. The term of the framework agreement will be 4 years including 2 additional option years. For the employees of the framework contract company, airport ID cards and apron driving licenses must be applied for in advances these are available when the contract is concluded. The future contractor must acquire a designation as a "known supplier" at Munich Airport.
The joints and maintenance points are located on the flight operations areas in the non-public area of the airport. This area includes the S/L trainen as well as the taxiways in concrete construction. Bituminous hot-casting compounds in accordance with ZTV Fug-StB 01 must be used. A joint insert must be installed in advance.
When renovating edges, an artificial joint insert must be created when the mortar is inserted. When choosing the mortar for the edgesA quick-hardening material must be offered for renovation, as the areas must be available to traffic again within a short time. In addition, the durability of the repair materials must be taken into account with regard to the de-icing agents used at the airport.
