Description:
A framework agreement is being put out to tender to take on client tasks in large-scale construction projects at Munich Airport with up to 5 framework contract partners per lot for the area of building services systems (lot 1) and the area of electrical systems (lot 2). An application is for both one and aalso possible for both lots. The aim is for relevantly qualified offices to take over the airport's construction tasks. The fixed term of the framework agreement is 4 years. The framework agreement can be extended for a further 3 years as an option. After the fixed term has expired, a fixed term will be issuedth price increase clause was used. Services can only be called up within the term of the framework agreement. The service can be provided on an individual basis if the respective major project extends beyond the term of the framework agreement. On behalf ofIn this case, a mini-competition is held between the framework contract partners, in which the personnel intended for the specific project must be offered in a binding manner. The maximum purchase quantity of the framework contract is EUR 5 million net per lot.
