Description:
A private investor is planning to build a multifunctional concert and congress center with a capacity of up to 20,000 visitors on a plot of land owned by Flughafen Muenchen GmbH. This project will also include a parking garage, a hotel with around 200 rooms and other facilities. SMunich Airport is planning to expand or supplement the transport infrastructure accordingly in order to ensure transport accessibility. These infrastructure measures include 12 individual measures, 11 of which are to be planned by the general planner. The achievements of the Generalplaners include open space planning (according to HOAI § 39), object planning of engineering structures (according to HOAI § 43), object planning of traffic systems (according to HOAI § 47), structural planning (according to HOAI § 51), technical equipment (according to HOAI § 55) .
