Description:
The city of Leverkusen and the technical businesses of the city of Leverkusen (TBL) Aoer intend to conclude a framework contract for winter services for the winter 2025/26 up to and including 2028/29.
Public sidewalks in front of undeveloped urban land
Room and/or sprinkle of approx. 2,606 Running meters Public sidewalks in front of 26 undeveloped urban land in the Leverkusen urban area according to Los 1 Appendix 1 Property Management. as well as Appendix 9 cadastral excerpts.
Power scope as under 2.0, scope of the services, described in the service description.
It should be noted that during the term of the framework contract through property sales or purchases on the part of the city of Leverkusen can result in changes to the scope of the winter services to be provided. The changes in the remuneration for the operations in the ratio of their share to the original Total cost of the use.
Parking space
Rooms and/or sprinkle of 3 public parking spaces according to Los 2 Appendix 2 FB 363, as well as Appendix 10, cadastral excerpts:
- Bunker Bahnhofstrasse parking lot floor space: 290 m2
- Parking spaces Kampchenstrasse floor space: 294 m2
- Dhuennstrasse parking lot / Rheinallee floor space: 1,060 m2
