The multitude and the high simultaneity of the sub -projects, the peculiarity of the only limited construction site facilities, a necessary tight route guidance within the project area and influences of neighborhood concerns in the area of accessa high degree of coordination. Avoiding interfaces between the sub -projects with the aim of a central construction logistics service provider should be commissioned to coordinate and execute construction logistics services. Services such as delivery traffic control, route planning and coordination,Area management, access control, object monitoring, rental toilets, insertion of lifts, winter service, container provision and disposal logistics in the operator model are to be organized and operated centrally by the bidder for the entire construction work and the entire periodbecome. The LV presented here is to be assessed by the bidder with the extent described. The services are organized according to the construction site requirements or the construction process.
