Description:
The client has been commissioned by the city of Duisburg, among other things, to create additional spatial capacities for open all-day care at primary schools in the area of the city of Duisburg. This capacity expansion is taking place against the background of the future legal right to an open one Full-day place for primary school children. As part of this program, extension buildings are being built at 15 school locations, which are to be built as extensions, conversions or as solitary buildings. The extension buildings usually contain care rooms for open all-day activities as well as adjoining rooms, a kitchen and a cafeteria. In addition, additional classrooms will be built at individual locations. An extension to the existing school building is planned at the GGS Beethovenstrasse location relevant to this tender. The extension is planned as a 3-story new building, one Canteen and a kitchen as well as adjoining rooms. In addition, care rooms for open all-day activities and additional classrooms are being planned. The gross floor area should be around 1,300 m2. System construction methods or (partial) prefabricated construction methods are possible planning and construction concepts This is conceivable in terms of timely completion and should be assessed for economic applicability in the further planning phase.
