Description:
The subject of the tender is the temporary use of temporary workers in waste management for the year 2026. The contract will be awarded to the three most economical offers that achieve the highest points after the evaluation. The total number of personnel will be around 40,000 Hours of work estimated per year. The Duisburg - AoeR business enterprises need additional staff to cope with peak orders. The personnel will be deployed in the WBD-A21, A22 and A23 areas at the Hochfeld and Hamborn depots, with distribution expected to be 20% A21, 30% for A22 and 50% for A23. The tasks of the temporary workers include collecting bulky goods, scrap, e-waste, waste bags and paper bundles as well as emptying waste containers and providing full services. This also includes activities such as charging and removing bulky items from apartments as part of additional services or clearing out. Other tasks include cleaning the workplace, operating the vehicle dump, reporting special incidents, processing complaints and supporting the driving staff when reversing and carrying out maintenance work on the vehicle. Data is entered via a mobile device. The qualifications of the temporary workers are specified in the list of services.
