- As part of the construction work expansion winter service building, the existing company building is expanded to include a new building in wood construction and the existing building is renovated and upgraded in a second construction phase. Rooms and lounges are planned for the extension for the employees. In the existing building, office space as well as changing rooms and sanitary facilities are realized. The entire winter service building is two -story. The construction site is located in Nordallee on the airport site. A separation of public areas to the security areas is by position of a construction site security fence from the Airport security area (Critical Part in accordance with § 8 airsy) and classified as a company -sensitive area - BSEB. The services are not to be provided in the airport security area, the construction site was for the duration Converted to the construction period into the public area, an access via a separate construction site entrance via Nordallee is possible at any time. However, the construction takes place in the immediate vicinity of the §8 security fence. Part of the services are primarily established heating, cold, Sanitary and fire extinguishing systems.
