- The scope of services contains services for electrical engineering systems (ALG 4) as part of the expansion and renovation of the winter service building at Munich Airport. It includes the M+W planning, delivery, assembly and documentation of all electrical installations for the new building as well as the Existing building. The new building is built in wooden construction with approx. 1,160 m2 of floor space, the existing building (560 m2 EC) is completely renovated. The tender includes detailed requirements: lightning protection, grounding, potential compensation low -voltage systems, cable routes, laying systems Lighting (inside/outside), emergency lighting, control for sun protection photovoltaic systems, distributor systems, MSR and FMT cables Safety and construction site facilities All work must be carried out according to DIN, VDE and airport standards. There are special requirements with regard to electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI) and documentation (e.g. EPLAN, DWG). The Gessler guiding manufacturer is specified for the safety lighting system, since only this can be ensured that the connection to the inventory can be guaranteed. The construction period is planned from November 2025 to April 2027.
