- The subject of this tender is the new construction of the track system, after the transverse displacement of the harbor canal and Ruhr bridge, over a length of around 625 m, the following values are approx. - Information: - 425 m grooved track profile Ri60N (60R2) on bitumen. Base layer with hot casting - 175 m grooved track profile Ri60N (60R2) on wooden and concrete sleepers (DOB light) - 8 pieces of rail extension devices (SAV) with ICOSIT KC 340/65 rail base - 1,700 m2 asphalt base layer 19 cm thick - 400 m2 asphalt binder top layer 8 cm thick - 1,900 m2 asphalt binder top layer 4 cm thick - 2,000 m2 Mastic asphalt top layer 3.5 cm thick The existing track systems, in the foreland areas of the harbor canal and Ruhr bridges, consist of grooved track made as a Dresden superstructure or on an asphalt base layer with hot pouring. Since it is a temporary solution in the side position, the filling and the surfaces differ are then uniformly covered again with a bituminous asphalt surface layer.
