Description:
The renovation of the Funkhaus SWR Stuttgart - component C, Layers 2-5, Neckarstrasse 230 in Stuttgart between Villa Berg and the Lower Schlossgarten is planned. The building complex on a slope was built in a massive construction in 1973-76. It is divided into several parts of the building, A to G with underground garages And comprises three essential functional areas: studios, office / administration and communication units.
The components of the building complexes A-D are summarized in the basement levels 02-05 and result in a large total building area.
From level 07, the building complexes are divided back into individual Building parts (A - D), which are connected to each other via connections.
Level 06, the level -to -ground entrance level and thus barrier -free access, represents the ground floor and is connected to airspace by open stairs with level 07 and 08.

The renovation measures only affect the Underground section C, level 02 - 05, including the climate monitoring in the Casein level 06 (NF approx. 8300m2).
