- Bundesstrasse 73 leads as a connecting road from Cuxhaven to Hamburg. As a bypass, it runs along the Hanseatic city of Stade and connects to the A 26 junction. Since the B73 has a relief function for the traffic of the city of Stade, it is particularly important to the daily peak times a high traffic volume. The DTV1 is in section 310 for 28,600 vehicles, the SV2 at 2100. In section 325 with adjacent to the A26, the DTV is 20,800 vehicles, the SV on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany is therefore planning the state of Lower Saxony, Represented by the regional department of the Stade of the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport, the implementation of active soundproofing measures in the form of noise protection walls on a route of 2,228 m along the local road B73.
