- The Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg - AöR (WBD) intend to conclude a Europe-wide framework agreement on the provision of a company bicycle leasing model for its employees based on TV bicycle leasing (TVöD-VKA). subject of Procurement is the provision of a comprehensive service for leasing bicycles and e-bikes, including the conclusion and management of individual leasing contracts with a term of 36 months each. The framework agreement should have a Period of up to 48 months apply. The contractor must ensure a comprehensive dealer network in the Duisburg area, enable the selection of all commercially available bicycles and e-bikes up to a defined maximum value and a to provide priced insurance cover (in particular fully comprehensive insurance and incident management). There is also an online portal for contract and process processing, interfaces for payroll accounting and support services for the client to provide employees. The leasing installments are financed through deferred compensation for employees. The aim is to implement a legally secure, administratively manageable and sustainable mobility offer.
