• Description:
• As part of this construction project, new offices and lounges will be created for SGM within the building area at Munich Airport. A key goal is the structural separation of the security control area (SiKo) from the adjacent ones office spaces. The execution is carried out in accordance with the technical guidelines of Munich Airport, BayBO and the relevant DIN standards. Description of the drywall constructions: Substructure of stud walls in metal stud construction with CW/UW profiles. Profile thicknesses 50/75/100 mm depending on sound insulation requirements. Decoupled attachment to reduce sound transmission. Paneling Plasterboard paneling on both sides, usually 2 layers. In sound-sensitive areas or adjacent to the SiKo: Soundproofing or GKF/DF panels. Sound insulation target sound insulation index Rw? 42-50dB. Mineral wool insulation? 40 kg/m³. Decoupled floor rails and soundproof switch boxes. Fire protection design according to fire protection concept: F30-A or F90-A. Mission classified GKF panels and fire protection-tested insulation systems. Doors and passageways Installation of robust door elements. In areas close to SiKo, burglary-resistant doors RC2/RC3 as well as integration of access control systems may be required. Consideration of T30/T90 depending on fire compartment. Surface filling Q2-Q3. Final coating using dispersion paint or non-woven/object wallpaper. Skirting boards according to FMT standard.
