- 2026-1004974_Munich Airport_Concrete renovation P20 Flughafen München GmbH intends to partially renovate the P20 parking garage from March 2027. The parking garage is centrally located on the airport grounds and is directly adjacent to Terminal 2 the MAC forum. With over 6,000 parking spaces, the P20 is one of the largest parking garages in Germany. The building was built around the year 2000; an expansion on the west side (axes F-G, PE05-PE11) took place in the period 2009-2011. subject of The project is to renovate load-bearing reinforced concrete components in the area of axis G in the parking levels PE01 to PE04, including the adjacent ceilings, columns, beams and prestressed concrete components. The measure includes in particular: - Concrete repair load-bearing components (PE01-PE04) - Sealing and asphalt work in PE05 - Dismantling and renewing drainage systems - Extensive support measures to release the load during the work - Work on the entrances/exits and crossings in PE05 - Coordination with parallel measures in the parking garage The work is carried out while the parking garage is in operation and requires high demands on logistics, construction site safety, scheduling and coordination with others project participants. 1.
