Description:
A CNC-controlled single underfloor wheelset lathe is to be procured for DB Regio AG at the Duesseldorf location (new procurement/ new construction).
This publication relates to the manufacture, delivery, assembly, commissioning, training, trial operation and final inspection of the machinee incl. all necessary peripherals for the Duesseldorf plant (machine is set up parallel to an existing machine).
On the machine, wheel sets of the DB Regio AG are mainly to be measured and machined in a standard gauge of 1,435 mm (mainly Regio-Lok and ET/VT series).
For the following nThe single underfloor wheelset lathe must be suitable for the following tasks/functions:
►Automatic measurement of the wheelsets in at least the usual wheelset dimensions a1, a2, d, ∆d, e, h, qR, G and H
►Measurement/machining of the wheel sets when installed or as a single wheel set with bearings/ LBearing housings
owheel sets can have internal or external bearings and in some cases be mechanically coupled to one another
►automatic reprofiling of the wheel rims/wheel tread on monoblock and wheel discs with tires with profiles according to DIN EN 13715 or Ril 984.0400 in various diameters and widthssuch as:
oMachining of wheel and shaft brake discs (tarpaulins)
oMachining of the outer wheel rim face and re-grooving of the identification groove
►Proof of the compliant condition of the wheelsets after machining with regard to the parameters d1,2, ∆d1,2,e1,2, h1,2 , qR1.2, B1.2, G1.2, a1 and a2 with a Messsy...
