- A CNC-controlled tandem underfloor wheelset lathe is to be purchased for DB Regio AG at the Munich-Langwied location (new procurement/new construction).
This publication relates to the production, delivery, assembly, commissioning, training, trial operation and final acceptance of the Mmachine including all necessary peripherals for the Munich-Langwied plant.
The machine is mainly used to measure and machine wheelsets from the Munich S-Bahn with a standard track width of 1,435 mm.
The tandem underfloor wheelset lathe must be used for the following tasks/functions be suitable:
►automaticMeasuring the wheel sets in at least the usual wheel set dimensions a1, a2, d, ∆d, e, h, qR, G and H
►Measuring/machining the wheel sets when installed or as an individual wheel set with bearings/bearing housings
oWheel sets can be internally or externally mounted and partly mechanically coupled to each other seea
►automatic reprofiling of the wheel rims/wheel tread on monoblock and tire wheel discs with profiles according to DIN EN 13715 or Ril 984.0400 in various diameters and widths as well as:
oProcessing of wheel and shaft brake discs (tarpaulins)
oProcessing of the outer wheel rim end face andRe-grooving of the identification groove
►Proof of the compliant condition of the wheel sets after machining with regard to the parameters d1.2, ∆d1.2, e1.2, h1.2, qR1.2, H1.2, G1.2, a1 and a2 a measuring system in accordance with DIN 27201-9
