Description:
Development of a side bogie inspection device "SEDRIG" as well as a subsequent framework contract for the delivery of side bogie inspection devices (SEDRIG).to replace the manual visual inspection (IS200) in the factories. In this context, the SEDRIG represents an important component among others in order to create a complete status record of the vehicles. The digital scan of the trains should be carried out using mobile camera robots (side/bogie).llplants and the plants. The data from the digital scan should then be automatically evaluated in the target image using artificial intelligence.
A strategic goal of DB Regio AG is to carry out visual inspections, i.e. the visual status recording of functional and safety-relatedrelevant assemblies, via automated systems, in order to create capacity in existing plants for the targeted growth.
The Camera Determination@Regio project is divided into two sub-projects. This tender concerns the sub-project of diagnostics on the side of the vehicle, etcnd the bogie using a "SEDRIG".
