- The Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation (BR) is planning the renovation measures of the existing building 11 on its headquarters in Munich Freimann on Floriansmuehlstrasse under the term "Adaptation and Renovation of the Existing Building (ASB)".
Short description of scope of services:
Demolition of built-in cupboards, tea kitchens and others Installations - Demolition of wall paneling - Demolition of floor coverings (carpet, linoleum, PVC, rubber) - Demolition of toilet areas (ceramic and tiles) - Demolition of metal strip ceilings and metal coffered ceilings - Removal and storage of metal strip ceilings for reuse - Demolition of doors and door leaves - Demolition of masonry walls, GK walls and ceilings, glass walls - Creation and maintenance of black areas for the demolition of artificial mineral fibers (KMF) and asbestos, mainly contained in fire dampers and insulation - Demolition of building services installations - Partial demolition of electrical installations - Protective measures for the stairwell, floor and stairs, including railings - Construction site equipment for your own work
