As part of the GBM "Finance Office Annaberg-Buchholz, needs-based accommodation" is in the grounds of the former Franciscan monastery (Klosterstrasse 12, Magazingasse 16)and the tax office of the Erzgebirge district, which is located in the immediately neighboring area of Klosterstrasse 6-10, was built in Annaberg-Buchholz. The tax offices Schwarzenberg and Stollberg will be preserved as further locations of the tax office Annaberg-Buchholz in their previous size. AfterThe GBM is completed by the Zschopau tax office.
On the grounds of Klosterstrasse 6-10 is the former post office building - building A, which is already rebuilt for use as a tax officeand was renovated.
