Coordination BNB certification
HTW Dresden, Pillnitz campus, new laboratory and seminar building
A new laboratory and seminar building is to be built at the Pillnitz location for the Faculty of Agriculture, Environment, Chemistry (LUC) of the HTW Dresden. The aim is to improve the conditions for research and Lhonor. The new building will create space for laboratories, experimental work and office workspaces. Areas for seminars, consultations and student work are also planned.
The HTW Dresden space currently available at the Pillnitz location meets the requirements for teaching and researchng not.
The subject of the planned commissioning of this VgV procedure are services for coordination and documentation according to the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) for the new laboratory and seminar building of the HTW Dresden in Pillnitz. The project is for certification according to Systemvariante laboratory building new construction planned for 2020 with standard silver. In addition, services for documentation must be provided to meet the criteria according to NEBSax. Details on the scope of services can be found in the contract and its appendices. The services are commissioned in stageseise.
