• The subject of the order is a 24/7 customer service (Lot 1), a medical advice telephone/video consultation and an international emergency number (Lot 2) as well as the coordination of specialist appointments (doctor's appointment service) and a midwife placement (Lot 3). The customer of the hkk should be offered 24-hour telephone availability, 7 days a week. However, during the extended availability periods, only general telephone advice on general insurance topics is provided. Incoming calls with Individual case references are only recorded in the sense of a secretarial service and with the provision of contact details of the caller, the call request and the desired callback time within the scope of the Service time provided by hkk.
