- In the innovation quarter, the former Prinz Leopold Kaserne in Regensburg, an energy center with associated heat and power distribution is to be developed for the first construction phase to supply residential, commercial and a school buildings.
This tender includes the planning services Technical building equipment, system groups 4 and 5, service phases 3 to 9 in accordance with §§ 53 in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI. This includes, among other things, high-voltage systems such as: high- and medium-voltage systems, own power supply systems, low-voltage switchgear, lighting systems, lightning protection and earthing systems, AConnection of PV systems and battery storage, as well as power lines. Just like telecommunications or information technology systems such as: infrastructure planning, capacity planning, security planning and planning for redundancy and reliability. The contractor is commissioned in stagesenweise.
