- In the innovation district, the former Prinz Leopold Kaserne in Regensburg, an energy center with associated heat and power distribution is to be developed for the first development phase to supply residential, commercial and a school buildings.
This tender includes the planning servicesen Technical equipment, system groups 2 and 8, performance phases 2 to 9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI for the decentralized technical rooms of heat distribution. This includes, among other things, planning of the heat transfer station, heat generator, heat storage and other technical components of the heating systemlocation, as well as the MSR technology.
The contractor is commissioned in stages.
