- The Gneisenau barracks are located in 56076 Koblenz, at Alte Heerstrasse 149 and is to be prepared for an office location for covering the need for office capacity by the Federal Office for Equipment, Infotechnik and Use of the Bundeswehr (BAAINBW). The one onThe 47 buildings (built between 1937 and 1988) of the property are not suitable for long-term office use and all the property and disposal lines of the property are in need of renovation. The planned redesign of the property is in 4 construction phases, timeSigned, carried out, whereby the respective unaffected construction phases must remain in operation. For this purpose, the inventory infrastructure is dismantled in stages of the construction phases and replaced by a new, needs -based infrastructure. Overall, planned are planned in 4 construction phases:Around 3,350 workplaces Rd. 45,000 m2 usable area 26 office buildings (3 or 4 storey) 3 parking garages property: 22.7 ha 1 canteen and conference building 1 waking building 1 ZVA building (technical building) 1 sports facility with gymnasium 1. Construction phase: The first construction phase is in the west of theProperty and is intended to cover the infrastructure requirement of Department I of the BAAINBW. It is separated into two sub -areas. Part A takes into account the dismantling of the existing buildings. Part B includes the dismantling of the infrastructure and the re-establishment of the office buildings, the canteen and conference buildingand the ZVA (central supply building), the parking deck as well as the outdoor areas and the needs-based reorganization of the supply and disposal in the property.
