Turnkey construction of three accommodation buildings with intotal 321 units. The distribution of residential units (WE) across the buildings is as follows: 117 units in building 11, 102 units in building 15, 102 units in building 18, each distributed over 5 full floors. A residential unit consists of an accommodation room (13.50 m2) with its own bathroom (approx. 3.00 m2). In buildingsude 11 there are two barrier-free WE planned on the ground floor. Buildings 15 and 18 are identical, but mirrored on the central axis. Additionally, the following must be provided for: house connection rooms for electrical engineering, heating, water and IT, ventilation centers and fuel economy rooms in the attics, tea kitchens, cleaning rooms, clothes roomsdrying rooms, cleaning supplies rooms. In building 11, a common room and a UvD room are also planned on the ground floor. The buildings are accessed through a centrally located main entrance, the internal access takes place horizontally via central corridors and vertically through a main staircasea side stairwell. Scope of services: 1. Planning: implementation planning, structural planning, building physics, sound insulation, room acoustics, thermal insulation, soil reports, fire protection. 2.
