Description:
The state and building supervision of Rhineland-Palatinate (Trier branch), intends to be a turnkey replacement building for the open enforcement (nowCalled ova) to be built in modular construction.
To implement this project, we are looking for a general entrepreneur who provides all services for the turnkey handover of the building. The allocation is based on a service description with a performance program, also known as"Functional advertisement".
The basis of the tender is the approval planning of the LBB Trier.
The requirements for planning, coordination, the construction process and the construction work include all planning services of the LPH 5-9 of the HOAI to be provided by the contractor and belowlisted services of LPH 4, side services and preparatory services (such as logistics, coordination, purchases, etc.). In addition, all the evidence, approvals that go beyond the planning, are votes with the building permit authority, expert evidence, etc.It is required to be able to complete the building and the outdoor area in accordance with the goals of the functional service description.
