Description:
The Leonardo da Vinci primary and comprehensive school from class 1 to 13 offers all school qualifications of secondary level I and the Abitur and will be attended by a total of around 1,800 students. There are currently four older single buildings on the site in the Kreuzheide district(House A, C, D, E; in use), an old gym (torn down in the summer of 2024) as well as a sports hall and a mensage building (both in use). The new building for the Leonardo da Vinci primary school is being built north of the menage building. All parts of the building (A, C, D, E) should be renovated. With the parts of the buildingA, D and E is planned to be remedied with the most extensive preservation of all essential components. With house C, on the other hand, only the inventory structure (Brockhouse system) and the foundation should be preserved. For the extensive space requirements including the sports hall capacitiesto plan an extension. The subject of the order to be awarded are services of the technical equipment KGR 440 & 450 in accordance with §§ 55 ff. The services include the planning for existing buildings Haus A, C, D, E and the construction of a new sports hall. It is intended toto commission with the processing of the service phases 1-9 according to § 55 HOAI 2021, provided and insofar as there is no important reason for an assignment.
