The sports hall in Detmerode is currently being renovated. Significant structural defects were found in the renovation of the sports hall, so that further use is not possible. It was decided to replace the gradual social wing with a new functional tract with adapted space program.For the construction of the social wing, comprehensive structural planning is required with careful planning of the interfaces between the renovated sports halls and the new social wing.
