The assignmentThe options will take place annually by 01.10 at the latest. of the previous contract year. The assignment of the client is commissioned by the client to the contractor under the following conditions: - Depending on the contractual execution of the previous years- Signation of the 7th supplementary administrative agreement on the regulation of the financing of the ecological contaminated sites (VA contaminated situation) in the version of January 10, 1995 by finishing lignite renovation in 2028 to 2032.
