Construction securing Building complex Am Park 12-16 in Delitzsch-Installation Black Tub The approximately 1994 residential complex, consisting of 3 apartment buildings that have been lined up, on the property at Park 12-16 in Delitzsch (OT Doebernitz) is secured due to the groundwater influence. TheBuildings are fully basement. In the complex, 24 residential units were founded on a floor slab. The rising basement outer walls and partly the load -bearing inner walls were built from 24 cm thick reinforced concrete walls. From the outside, the basement area with a seal is againstNon -exciting water. The basement floor structure consists of an approx. 5 cm thick screed with paint on the concrete floor plate. In the basement there are the house connections, the heating room (gas boiler and block heating power plant), bicycle and washing machine rooms as well as the storage rooms per living unitincluding hall areas and stairwells. The base area of the building is approximately 630 m2. To carry out the defense measure, the basement is secured by installing a black tub. Access to this area to be secured is using the existing cellar outer stairs.The danger defense measure of the 3 buildings takes place in sections one after the other.
