Description:
Negotiation procedures with participation competition with a solution proposal for merged planning services for architectural performance, object planning buildings according to §34 HOAI 2021 and
Landscape planning service / performance profile free systems according to §39 HOAI for
New construction of a visitor service center with Business courtyard on the Walhalla near Donaustauf
Visitor service center approx. 737 m2 NRF, depot approx. 216 m2 NRF
Commissioning of the service phases 1 (in parts), 2 and 3 as well as intended step -by -step continuation of the service phases 4 to 9 according to § 34 (3) and § 39 (3) HOAI 2021.
The planning task is classified in Honorarzone III.
The reason for the construction project is the fact that the Walhalla has no contemporary care and information facilities.
There are currently a provisional kiosk and a wood-sighted toilet building on the north side of the Tempels from the 1950s. Both facilities do not meet today's standards.
Furthermore, tickets, as well as various souvenirs and information material, are currently being sold from a cash house inside the temple. This poses a significant one Impairment of the temple interior space and, like the kiosk and the old toilet building, should be dismantled in conjunction with the overall concept of new visitor service center.
