Description:
The state and building supervision of Kaiserslautern (LBB) intends to renovate the sewer network on the RPTU Kaiserslautern. The property is located in the south of the city of Kaiserslautern. The entire sewage system is a mixed system: - total feed system 33 ha,of which approx. 19 ha attached surfaces. - approx. 11.4 km of sewer (without lines) - approx. 520 wastewater shafts - A closed mixed water retention basin Basis for the planning and implemented renovation measure is the "inventory and evaluation of the channel network of the RPTU KaiserslauternFrom May 2022. In addition to the construction technology, this document also includes a construction technology recording and evaluation, the hydraulic calculations, the Canald database based on the BFR Wastewater and a renovation concept for the entire sewage network. In detail are renovation measuresintended for the state classes 2-5 of the attitudes, lines and shafts. This is put together as follows: - approx. 7,400 m - cables to be renovated approx. 3,900 m - to renovate shafts approx. 320 pieces costs according to DIN 276: 2018-12, cost group 551: 2,422.283.70 EUR.Propertive start of planning: End of the 3rd quarter 2025. An expected start of construction: 1st quarter 2028. Planned completion until the 3rd quarter 2029.
