- Safety and health protection coordination (SiGeKo) in accordance with Section 3 of the Ordinance on Safety and Health Protection on Construction Sites - BaustellV 25D219005 - New building LUA Saxony, safety and health protection coordination (SiGeKo) The Free State of Saxony, represented by the state-owned company Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement, intends to build a new building to accommodate the State Examination Institute for Health and Veterinary Saxony (LUA) in the large district town of Bischofswerda in the district Bautzen. The new building will contain user-specific, highly technologically equipped laboratories with various security levels and associated offices for three specialist departments and service areas. The spatial program to be implemented includes: Total usable area (NUF) of approx. 15,800 m². The building plot is located on the northeastern outskirts of Bischofswerda in the Bischofswerda Nord 2 commercial area, approx. 1.8 km from the city center. The property is located on a previously undeveloped site Agricultural area. The traffic and media development of the property is currently being implemented. In terms of construction volume, this is one of the largest construction projects in the Free State of Saxony in the coming years with a corresponding impact on compliance with costs, setting energy and ecological standards as well as sustainable planning, construction and management.
