• The subject of the procurement are specialist planning services for technical equipment, electrical engineering of system groups 4 and 5 in accordance with Section 53 ff. i. V. m. No. 15.1 of Annex 15 HOAI with planning services in service phases 2, 3 and 5 to 9 for the new construction of a Teaching building on the HSF Meißen campus. The overall service is commissioned to a contractor in stages. The HSF Meißen consists of the Meißen University of Applied Sciences (FH) and the training center. The Meißen University of Applied Sciences (FH) educates in five middle managers for Saxon authorities and the judiciary. In the training center, employees of the state administration can complete interdepartmental training and further education. The campus is located on the state-owned site Property “Herbert-Böhme-Straße 11”. This is located on the right bank of the Elbe in the Cölln district of Meißen, not far from the city center of Meißen. As part of the Free State of Saxony's training offensive, the HSF Meißen recognized the need for additional space. A new building is planned with a total of 60 lecture halls, seminar and group rooms for group sizes of 8 to 60 people, an auditorium, a foyer including an information center and additional rooms. The spatial program to be implemented includes: Usable area (NUF 1-6) of approx. 4,000 m². The new building is to be built in the southern area of ​​the campus on a former sports field area. In the immediate vicinity are the listed main teaching building (House 1) and the Multi-purpose hall/canteen (house 4). With the campus expansion, the HSF Meißen would like to present itself as a modern educational institution in the Free State of Saxony and create an attractive and innovative learning and working environment.
