• 25D511079 - HSF Meißen, House 4, renovation of the cafeteria kitchen (TA AG 1, 2, 3, 8) Specialist planning technical equipment - system groups 1, 2, 3, 8 The subject of the procurement is the renovation of the existing cafeteria kitchen in the multi-purpose building House 4 on the HSF campus Meissen. These are services of the specialist planning technical equipment of system groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 in accordance with § 53 ff i. V. m. No. 15.1 of Appendix 15 HOAI with planning services for service phases 2, 3 and 5 to 9. Commissioning the overall service is sent to a contractor. The HSF Meißen consists of the Meißen University of Applied Sciences (FH) and the training center. Meißen University trains middle managers for Saxon authorities and the judiciary in five departments. In the training center Employees of the state administration can complete cross-departmental training and further education. The campus is located on the state-owned property “Herbert-Böhme-Straße 11”. This is located on the right bank of the Elbe in the Cölln district of Meißen, not far from the Meissen city center. The construction work is taking place in an existing building. Parts of the building and the surrounding property remain in use. Use should not be restricted more than is absolutely necessary. In particular, escape routes are to keep it free at all times. The measure is subject to the regulations of the Saxon Building Code (SächsBO).
