The execution and completion of the reference projects must not be more than five years ago. The references should have a similar order volume to the submitted offer. The services from the reference objects should have been carried out in the area of listed buildings and should be similar to the work from this list of services. Carpentry work truss 1. BA Carpentry work - static + constructive renovation - half-timbered external walls Carpentry work for the static-constructive renovation of the half-timbered external walls: - approx. 325 sqm. Dismantling compartment linings - approx. 15 cubic meters of wood deliveries (oak wood) - approx. 400 linear meters Dismantling / disposal of damaged wood - approx. 400 linear meters of joinery - approx. 750 pcs, wooden connections - approx. 325 pcs. Walling of compartments Carpentry work for the static-constructive renovation of the ceilings on the ground floor and 1st floor: - approx. 20 cubic meters of wood deliveries (softwood) - approx. 500 linear meters of dismantling / disposal of damaged wood - approx. 500 linear meters of joinery - approx. 400 pieces, wooden connections - approx. 450 sqm production of ceiling fillings with clay wraps - approx. 450 sqm production of height compensation - approx. 100 cubic meters installation of leveling fill - approx. 450 sqm production of ceiling as a stiffening disc with laminated veneer wood panels production of transverse stiffening walls in timber frame construction: - approx. 350 sqm
