Description:
In the ground floor of Plauen (Vogtl) ob Bf, a public interest-oriented usage idea is to be implemented. The prospective tenant is the city of Plauen, which would like to house the Vogtlandkonservatorium "Clara Wieck" (music school) there. A feasibility study proves the fundamental feasibility of the concept Reception building. The feasibility study of the IGIM office, as of February 2, 2024, must be further developed in accordance with the task description; the development of a usage variant makes sense.
