The open award procedure (VGV, EU) also starts the public parish church of St. Nikolaus in Muehldorf and parish church of St. Sebastian in Ebersberg with the public.
Object of the Project control services for the repair of two different parish churches are award. These are independent construction work, for which a separate project control agreement is to be concluded.
Both measures should jointly to a project control office to be awarded so that both measures are accompanied by a single source.

Building history
The first documentary mention of the parish church of St. Nikolaus can be found in the inauguration of the newly built four -year -old pillar basilica to the Muehldorfer city fire in 1285 still preserved the west tower with a Romanesque portal and porch today. It is believed that there have already been previous buildings.
In 1768, after construction work in the main ship, the vault and the south wall collapsed. Due to dilapidation of the rest of the supporting structure, a large part of the nave had to to be demolished. The tower pyramid was destroyed in a lightning strike on the Romanesque church tower and the tower helmet was converted into today's dome shape.
