- The reorganization of the construction site infrastructure is planned for the construction project on the federal property. The complex measure is carried out in several construction phases. The partial construction measures of the relevant 1st construction phase of the northwest construction site include the following main services: - Relocation various media lines for rain and dirty water disposal, drinking and fire water supply as well as electrical and district heating supply; - Soil replacement i. M. up to approx. 2.00 m below GOK, locally up to 3.00 m below GOK; - Creation of working levels for high-rise buildings. Due to the widespread suspicion of explosive ordnance are involved in the comprehensive ground interventions including local demolition work for the above-mentioned. Services to take explosive ordnance clearance measures. The service includes the clearance of explosive ordnance during construction in accordance with TS A-9.4.3 of the construction guidelines for explosive ordnance clearance (BFR KMR) and DIN 18232, Section 3.8, in all ground interventions.

Deployment of clearance personnel (days) in certain construction phases at more than one workstation possible. BbKMR: Approximately 380 working days at one work site, or at more than one work site with or possibly without visual/call contact between the clearing staff and the fireworks operator with approx. 10 working days, providing the clearing site equipment and preparing the final documentation.
