The option will be commissioned by October 31, 2027 at the latest. The commissioning of the option is subject to the confirmation of a further supplementary administrative agreement for brown coal redevelopment (VA BKS). The contractor has no right to commission/continue the optional services, even if the aforementioned conditions occur. It should be noted that some locations in the geotechnical exclusion area are on tipping areas of the former lignite mining. For these areas, the weight of the entire equipment technology is limited to a maximum of 3.5 t. Several groundwater measuring points are planned to be set up every year.
