• 26D410012 - Authority canteen Pillnitz - Accommodation of the inter-agency canteen Pillnitz in the former malthouse building Property planning - building planning The Free State of Saxony, represented by the Saxon State Ministry of Finance, represented by the State-owned company Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management, intends to convert and expand the former malthouse building for an interagency canteen in Pillnitz. There are various authorities and institutions at the Dresden-Pillnitz location Housed in the Free State of Saxony. Under the name “Green Forum Pillnitz” the Free State's recognized research and teaching institutions, the LfULG with an authority location, a technical school and an inter-company training center, and the University of Technology operate and economy, the palaces, castles, gardens gGmbH and the federal Julius Kühn Institute, work together in partnership. The subject of the planning is the former malthouse building, which is located west of Dampfschiffstrasse. There are in the surrounding area other buildings of the former royal chamber property that have since been converted and repurposed. The building is a unique monument and has a central urban planning effect in the middle of the “Green Forum”. The central location is for use as a canteen the property is a particular advantage.
