- Coordination of the evaluation system for sustainable construction 26D527001 - GZD Dresden, new service building, coordination BNB The restructuring of the work processes of the General Customs Directorate (GZD) Dresden requires an increase in personnel, which is suitable accommodation required. In addition, the other subject areas of the GZD Dresden, which are spread across the entire Dresden city area, are to be accommodated holistically in a newly constructed administration building. The future workplace is for approx. 400 employees with a usable office space of 7,182 m² plus 970 m² of special space for user needs. The total cost budget estimated for the construction project is around 70 million euros gross for the KG 200 - 600 (DIN 276).
