  • Framework agreement for the construction and maintenance of photovoltaic systems 3 kWp to 30 kWp. The AG intends to install photovoltaic systems (hereinafter: called “PVA”) to be planned and constructed. The contractor of this framework contract must plan and build this PVA after retrieving the respective object to the extent specified by the client according to the client's submitted plans. The contractor's planning is limited to: a work and assembly planning. In addition, the production of customer systems is part of the service to be provided by the contractor. The client assumes - without any claim to liability - that services for approx. 25 systems per year are provided by the contractor and another framework contract partners will have to be provided; These are merely non-binding guidelines. The electricity generated should, if necessary, be made available as tenant electricity or house or heat pump electricity. The client will be informed about this for each system decide separately. Excess electricity should be fed into the public grid. Against this background, the combining and dismantling of house connections and the integration of a totalizer are also optional demarcation meter, in coordination with the responsible distribution network operator (DSO), also on the scope of services. Furthermore, the maintenance and operational management of the photovoltaic systems may become the contractor's obligation.
