Description:
The University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) intends to obtain a multiprangetic flow cytometer for the Institute of Immunology at the Center for Diagnostics. The cytometer may also be used by other clinics and institutes.
3-laser flow cytometer
The devicemust have at least 3 lasers, with wavelengths in the blue, red and purple area to be operated. A total of at least 12 fluorescence detectors and 2 stray light detectors must be included. The system must both manual and automatic samplingmake possible. Due to the intended throughput of 30 samples per hour, a compatible sample loader with a sample identification system is required, which must be included. The device should only be used in diagnostics. For immunological analysis of biologicalSamples are used fluorochrome-coupled antibodies, so that the cytometer must enable the analysis of at least 12 fluorescence dyes.
