Description:
The planning includes building 137 of MTS Parow, consisting of the 4-story block A, the 5-story block B and a 4-story intermediate building. It was built in the 80s using panel construction (WBS-70). This took place as part of a construction project carried out between 1998 and 2001Renovation into an accommodation building with 44 residential units, an intermediate teaching hall building, offices, storage and ancillary rooms.
As part of energy-efficient upgrades and sustainable maintenance, basic HLS repairs must be carried out as part of building maintenance:
- Renewal of all watersupply system including missing objects and fittings
- Renewal of the building drainage
- Renewal of the heat supply
- Renewal of the ventilation and air conditioning system
